City and Home Ministry Agreed of 2015 City Budget Rp 69.28 Trillion

Jakarta Provincial Government and Home Affairs Ministry have agreed about the value of 2015 City Budget which amounted to Rp 69,28 trillion. The agreement was gained after Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat met with the Ministry's Regional Finance Director General, Reydonnyzar Moenek in the ministry office, Jalan Medan Merdeka Utara, Central Jakarta.

"There have been an agreement, we will convey it to the governor first," said Djarot, Monday (4/13). 

Meanwhile, the Ministry's Regional Finance Director General, Reydonnyzar Moenek stated, ratification of 2015 City Budget amounted to Rp 69.28 trillion refers to the  expenditure total value amounted to Rp 63.65 trillion plus financing expenditure amounted to Rp 5.63 trillion.

"So today's meeting was about same perception and understanding towards how to understand the article 314 paragraph 8 of Regional Government," said Donny, his nickname. 

He mentioned, to understand the previous budget ceiling is not only seen from its total. But it has to be seen from its expenditure , income, and financing sides. Thus 2015 City budget if adjusted from those three elements its total is only Rp 69.28 trillion. 

"So the point is Jakarta Government expenditure is not assumed as much as Rp 72 trillion, but its total is the function of 2014 City Budget amendment plus financing expenditure proposed. So the total is about Rp 69.28 trillion," he disclosed.
